Is Reliance Rail Sold in Packs or Kits?

Reliance Rail is sold as complete kits. Each kit includes:

• Top and bottom rails

• Aluminum support rail(s)

• Balusters

• Brackets and fasteners

• Foot blocks

• Plugs

The specific components and quantities vary based on the series, configuration, and length selected.

Post Sleeves, Caps, and Skirts are sold separately — either individually or as part of a Post Sleeve Kit, which includes a sleeve, cap, and skirt.

What Are the Actual Rail Lengths?

Reliance Rail is available in 6′ and 8′ sizes, shipping at full actual lengths of 72″ and 96″. These measurements are based on inside-to-inside post spacing, not center-to-center. Rails can be trimmed to fit custom spans.

What Stair Angles Does It Support?

Both the Core and Contour Series are designed to accommodate stair angles between 33° and 37°.

What Heights Are Offered?

Reliance Rail is available in two height options:

• 36″

• 42″
  These options apply to both Core and Contour Series.

Are Aluminum Support Rails Included for Top and Bottom?

• Contour Series kits include aluminum support rails for both the top and bottom rails.

• Core Series kits include a top aluminum support rail. Bottom support rails are available separately as an upgrade.

Can I Add a “Drink Rail” to Reliance Rail?

Yes, the Core Series is compatible with a “Drink Rail” option. Simply add your own deck board and use the appropriate drink rail clips (sold separately).
Note: Drink rails are not suitable for stair sections, and the deck board must match the required size and type for safe installation.

How it Works:
1. Purchase any reliance rail products at your preferred dealer from April 1st 2025, through June 30th 2025. The complete TimberTech reliance railing system (including 6 or 8 foot level/stair kits and post kits) must be purchased together to be eligible.

2. Submit the rebate form below along with a copy of your invoice (dated between April 1st, 2025, through June 30th, 2025) by July 15, 2025.

3. Receive a rebate check via mail within 4-6 weeks after end of rebate period.
